hayfever1

This year is particularly bad for hayfever, with its symptoms of runny nose, and itchy, watery eyes.

The last 50 years have witnessed a drastic rise in the occurrence of allergies, especially in industrialized countries.

Causes include a general increase of allergens in the environment (e.g., through industrial emissions), and the resulting general immune deficiency among the population. Also dietary changes, the use of additives and preservatives, and poor gut bacteria.

Just a couple of ideas to help relieve those annoying symptoms.’

A German study of 1,090 patients using a homeopathic formula Luffa-Heel Nasal Spray resulted in ratings of   “very good” or “good” from 72% of the patients; an additional 17% received a “satisfactory” rating. Only 11% reported unsuccessful results.

Herbs that can help reduce your histamine reaction include, Albizzia, Elder berry, Eyebright, Goldenrod, Horseradish, Coleus, Yarrow and Reishi Mushrooms.

I have Luffa-Heel Nasal Spray in stock, and can also mix a tincture of any of the above herbs.
