Having the largest meal of the day in the morning has been found to increase ovulation and create better baby-making conditions, particularly for woman with pcos. 

It is important that this meal is high protein, and not high carbohydrate.

The findings, published in the journal Clinical Science, showed that insulin resistance and glucose levels fell by 8% in women with PCOS, while their testosterone levels fell by 50%/
